The Role…❓ BDR (outbound): responsibilities include: making calls. email sequences, LinkedIn/text prospecting; book demos for AEs
Comp: $60k base / $80k OTE with uncapped commission + accelerators up to 2× at higher attainment; equity offered
Clear path from BDR → AE +
real internal mobility to other areas beyond just sales(CS, Implementation, Recruiting)
They wll train you with new methodologies and tools
Location: NYC hybrid (4 days on-site, 3 days if you live over an hour away)
