Base pay
range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Total target
earnings (OTE): $80,000.00+ depending on attainment (uncapped) with accelerators; equity offered Role Details
Location:
NYC hybrid (4 days on-site, 3 days if you live over an hour away) Role:
Business Development Representative – Healthtech AI (SaaS) – (SaaS focused BDR role in healthtech) Training & Growth:
They will train you with new methodologies and tools; clear path from BDR → AE with opportunities for internal mobility to other areas beyond just sales (CS, Implementation, Recruiting) Base expectations:
$60k base / $80k OTE with uncapped commission + accelerators up to 2× at higher attainment Who This Role Suits
BDRs/SDRs who enjoy the dial and can sustain daily call blocks Coachable, competitive, concise communicator with fast follow-through Comfortable owning metrics and operating with urgency • Mission with tangible impact (reducing clinical risk and improving care) • Strong coaching culture + daily standups and objection-sharing • Uncapped commission with meaningful accelerators • Equity on top of OTE; well-funded, modern stack Standout candidates with at least one year of high-volume cold calling experience in a B2B SaaS environment can email me directly on
