Fidelity Investments Job Description Do you genuinely enjoy making a difference in the lives of others while primarily working from home? If you answered “ yes ” and are a customer service-minded individual, we are hiring Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, also known as Financial Customer Associates (FCA), who live within 60 miles of the Greater Omaha area including Lincoln, NE. In this full-time position, you will apply your skills and knowledge daily to help others feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their financial dreams. You will assist with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about 401k account balances, making withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, and providing education or resources. No finance background is required to succeed in this role. What to Expect Join a training cohort during the first 14 weeks to become a Financial Customer Associate, starting with basic customer calls and progressing to more complex inquiries related to clients’ 401k plans. After training, continue handling customer calls to develop your skills, with opportunities to participate in team activities, well-being support, and career coaching. Your achievements will be celebrated as you progress through the program. This is a full-time hourly position with potential for extra hours based on business needs and your availability. Prior finance experience or degree is not required. The Skills You Bring Effective communication skills to establish rapport and relationships Excellent listening skills, professionalism, and empathy Proficiency with basic technology troubleshooting Ability to handle various situations and drive towards resolution Self-motivated with strong social skills, energy, and passion At least 1 year of customer service experience High School diploma or GED The Value You Deliver A passion for helping people Desire for continuous learning and applying new concepts Outstanding customer service via voice or digital channels Note:

Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week, with open availability from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm CST. Overtime may be available during peak periods.
