About the job Business Development Manager

Due to our growth and expansion we are seeking to add a Business Development Specialist to our team. Description: Develop business in assigned territory through lead generation, prospecting and networking (in-person and virtually). Engage new and existing clients to generate contract, contract to hire and direct hire opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the opportunities move through the hiring process as seamlessly as possible. Cold calling and prospecting to generate leads. Onsite visits will be required. Utilize sales tools, LinkedIn and networking to generate quality leads. Ensure all data regarding sales activities and position information is correctly documented in our systems Negotiating new contracts with clients including amendments and extensions What is required: Strong background in building and maintaining client relationships and/or sales experience with a focus in the Staffing or Consulting industry Previous experience in Staffing, IT Staffing, Technical Staffing, or related Business to Business Sales required We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, medical and dental (as well as several supplemental benefits), 401k and all the tools needed to succeed.
