Meyer Distributing is looking for a Supply Chain Associate to join our Jasper, IN team. Responsibilities
Create and route supplier pickup requests Manage daily supplier pickup execution Schedule appointments and provide truck ETAs Determine appropriate truck sizes for pickups Maintain semi pickup calendar Update and manage supplier address database Review freight negotiations with suppliers Communicate with inventory on discrepancies Communicate with receiving on order information Align supplier and Meyer order data with Purchasing Communicate with Dispatch on semi pickups Coordinate with Meyer Logistics on rolled pickups All other duties as assigned Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience and ability to operate a forklift or man lift preferred. Pay
Based on Experience Schedule
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Benefits
