E-commerce Marketplace Specialist
to join our Team!
Meyer Distributing is a complete wholesale distributor: automotive, RV/towing, outdoor living, marine, and more. With 85+ locations across the country, Meyer services dealers nationwide. POSITION PURPOSE The Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for identifying and listing products on various online marketplaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience with e-commerce platforms and a passion for optimizing product listings to drive sales.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES List products on online marketplaces with the channel-specific requirements Create and optimize product listings to ensure maximum visibility and sales. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with other teams to maximize quantity & quality of listings Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date. Assist with all other supervisor-assigned tasks Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
TRAINING:
Minimum of one month on the job training required
EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in e-commerce or online marketplace
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: · Must be able to maintain an organized workspace · Good verbal and written communication skills · Skill in completing assignments accurately with attention to detail · A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus · Must have the ability to understand and follow instructions
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: · Must have the ability to stand, walk, and squat for duration of shift · Must have the ability to type with full range of arm movement · Talking, hearing, and seeing are essential Requirements:
