Production Operator - Panel Cleaning, Plasma, & Lamination (2nd Shift)
Shift hours:
2pm to 10:30pm (PST)

Responsibilities
Perform plasma cleaning of PCB panels.
Acid or carbon cleaning of panels from different departments.
Collaborate with the wet room department to clean panels.
Operate coverlay and multi‑layer lamination equipment, bonding materials with correct heat and pressure.
Monitor the bonding process area and equipment, ensuring quality and compliance to specifications.
Optimize existing processes for better yield and higher throughput.
Read traveler documents to produce and move products according to customer specifications and verify all previous operations were completed.
Immediately report all quality issues with panels to supervisor.
Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately.
Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Report quality problems or defects to the manager or senior management for corrective action and prevention of recurrence.
Adapt to duties modified or assigned at any time to meet business needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English.
Comfortable working with others to analyze, define and resolve product yield problems.
