Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Dry Film Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining dry film lamination processes in the production of Flexible Printed Circuit Boards (FPCBs). This role ensures that photo-resist films are applied accurately to copper-clad laminates, supporting high-quality circuit patterning and overall product reliability.

Responsibilities

Utilizing a microscope, verify that products meet or exceed manufacturing guidelines.

Record inspection results accurately in quality logs, travelers, and computer systems. Report non-conformances and deviations promptly to supervisors, production managers, and quality engineers.

Maintain traceability of inspected products and materials. Perform First Article review.

Work closely with production managers to identify and resolve quality issues. Provide feedback to operators and supervisors on corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; experience may be substituted for a degree.

Experience in PCB/FPCB manufacturing desired.

Ability to read technical drawings and follow SOPs.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to read, write, and verbally effectively communicate in the business language (English).
