Base pay range: $27.00/hr - $28.57/hr. Position Overview
Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual, Spanish‑fluent Lead Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Essential Functions
Train and assist co‑workers with questions Provide peer support and leadership to team members on the Servicing team Lead Servicing Team on daily tasks/goals Answer customer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts and take payments (inbound calls only) Research customer complaints, concerns and payment history; correct or adjust records as needed Assist in monitoring escrow accounts for payment of taxes and insurance by mortgagor Process payments Prepare payoffs Discuss escrow analysis Update loan records as needed Perform other duties as requested by Manager Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience in the finance/mortgage industry; escrow account knowledge MSP/Black Knight (preferred); MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Windows PC proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional phone etiquette Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and carry out assignments within prescribed routines and standard practices Responsible and reliable High school diploma or GED required Bilingual in Spanish (preferably) Prior customer service/telemarketing experience preferred Physical Demand
Ability to safely perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other standards Maintain regular, punctual attendance Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Talk, listen, speak clearly on telephone Sit at a workstation for prolonged periods Type Seniority Level
