What you’ll do
Lead product development by engaging with Stripe’s users and GTM teams to uncover needs related to card processing costs and translate these insights into a product roadmap.
Set prioritization and execution pace for the product team, aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, and Operations to drive flawless execution on initiatives.
Measure success through quantitative metrics and user feedback; partner with Operations and Network Partnership teams to continuously improve cost management strategies; collaborate with Finance for accounting and P&L processes.
Identify opportunities to platformize capabilities for managing card processing costs and build relationships with other product teams.
Become the expert and primary point of contact at Stripe for everything related to card processing costs.
Who you are Minimum Requirements
Brings 5+ years of experience in a product role
Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience
Successful in delivering continuous product improvement and 0→1 launches
Ownership mindset and persistence to ensure product success
Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, data science, and cross-functional teams; experience with go-to-market in a B2B environment
Strong data analysis skills and a track record of data-driven decision making
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Payments, Card Networks, or Banking partnerships
Experience with ML, data science, and data analysis; SQL proficiency
Experience managing and growing platform products
Experience overseeing operational processes or managing operational teams
Hybrid work and location This role is available in an office or a remote location (35+ miles / 56+ km from a Stripe office).
Pay and benefits The annual base salary range for this role in the US is $178,600 - $268,000. Additional benefits may include equity, bonus or commissions, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, and wellness stipends. Salary ranges may be narrowed during the interview process based on location and experience.
