Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Inventory Control Analyst to join our team at Oil-Dri Corporation of America. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, and supporting our team in achieving optimal inventory management practices. Responsibilities

Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures Support the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and manage discrepancies Prepare inventory reports and maintain organized records of inventory transactions Identify areas for improvement in inventory processes and recommend solutions Assist in reporting weekly inventory variance metrics to plant management Perform data entry for stock movements, adjustments, and transactions Help reconcile inventory discrepancies between system records and physical counts Assist in planning, conducting, and recording cycle counts and physical inventories Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations related to inventory handling Support internal and external inventory audits Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory or financial reporting requirements Collaborate with warehouse, production, procurement, and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy Education & Qualifications

Associates degree (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or related operations. Skills & Abilities

Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems (Oracle JDE) is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational, communication, and basic analytical skills Benefits
