About You

Know how to decode audiences, shape narratives, and connect brand purpose with what’s trending right now.

Are as comfortable presenting to senior level clients as you are concepting with creatives.

Can define the role of social within the broader ecosystem ensuring strategies connect brand storytelling, audience behaviors, and platform opportunities.

Lead cultural insight mining to identify conversations, communities, and moments where the brand can authentically participate.

Have a passion for social media, brands and advertising.

Are an extremely organized leader that meets challenges with a positive mindset in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Are curious, collaborative, creative and analytical.

Have strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create beautiful but succinct presentation decks.

Bring in‑depth knowledge of all social media platforms and how each should be leveraged for a brand.

Ability to positively mentor your team members.

Are solutions‑focused, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude.

Have a deep understanding of social media measurement and how to tie results back to client and business goals.

About The Role

Like you, this job is multidimensional. And every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.

Lead social strategy development, from campaign briefs to always‑on content frameworks, across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitch, and emerging channels.

Define the role of social within the broader brand ecosystem, ensuring every idea ladders up to brand purpose and business goals.

Translate data into direction, using social listening, analytics, and performance metrics to uncover insights that inspire creative teams and optimize results.

Guide influencer and creator strategies, helping brands authentically engage with communities and cultural moments.

Mentor junior strategists, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration.

Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams—from concepting and reviewing ideas to shaping how they show up.

Stay ahead of trends, culture and technology, providing timely POVs on platform updates, emerging behaviors, and new opportunities.

Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, presenting strategic recommendations and thought leadership that drive confidence and partnership.

Own social performance narratives, turning KPI reports into clear, inspiring stories about what worked, why, and what’s next.

Play a key role in new business and pitches, crafting social strategies that demonstrate how insight and innovation can unlock brand growth.

About The Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field preferred.

4+ years of experience in social strategy, social media management, or digital brand building, ideally in an agency or fast‑moving brand environment.

Proven ability to connect social insights to brand strategy and creative expression.

Experience with analytics and listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or native platform insights.

Strong understanding of KPIs, engagement metrics, and how to build test and learn frameworks for optimization.

Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills—verbal, written, and visual.

An understanding of how to lead, motivate, and collaborate across teams.

An entrepreneurial spirit and a relentlessly positive attitude.

Local or willing to relocate to the area.

Eager to work in a hybrid office with dedicated in‑office collaboration days (Tuesdays & Thursdays) with Monday, Wednesday, and Friday optional remote.
