YOUR DAY TO DAY We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This is an entry‑level role, ideal for recent college graduates with a background in supply chain management, business, operations, industrial engineering, or related fields. The Supply Chain Analyst will support day‑to‑day supply chain activities including data analysis, reporting, supplier coordination, and inventory management, while gaining hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems and cross‑functional collaboration.

Strategic Planning & Forecasting
Support the conversion of production schedules and demand forecasts into material requirements.
Learn how to track and analyze KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Assist with MRP/ERP report reviews and help define procurement plans to meet demand.
Collaborate with senior team members on supplier communication and performance reviews.
Learn the basics of supplier negotiation, contract terms, and cost tracking (PPV).
Support efforts to build positive, professional supplier relationships.
High‑Impact Projects & Automation
Help maintain and improve shortage reports for better visibility of material risks.
Contribute to projects exploring automation and digitization in procurement.
Participate in analysis of outsourcing/insourcing opportunities.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work alongside engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure materials are available on time.
Gain experience presenting data‑driven insights and updates to managers and team leaders.
Procurement & Compliance
Learn the fundamentals of procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) and company compliance processes.
Support documentation for defense‑related and ITAR‑controlled purchases.
Assist with supplier compliance checks under guidance from senior staff.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
Strong bias for action and sense of urgency.
This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a “U.S. Person” as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
Preferred:
Professional experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or engineering with demonstrated results in strategic initiatives.
Negotiation experience and confidence in working with suppliers on cost, terms, and process improvement.
Strong skills in Excel, basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred) and a passion for automation and digital transformation.
Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DD254, and ITAR requirements.
