Company Profile Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas & oil wells and midstream pipelines across the Appalachian Basin. Position Summary & Responsibilities The Division Orders Supervisor leads a team of analysts handling Division Order activities across multiple geographic areas. Required background includes a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of Division Order/Land Administration experience, with 3 years of supervisory experience. Supervision and leadership in alignment with organizational goals are essential. Advanced Excel skills (V‑LOOKUPs & Pivot Tables) are required, and prior project management experience is a plus.

Analyze and interpret provisions of deeds, leases, assignments, probate documents, contracts, legal decrees, division orders, joint operating agreements, and other related legal documents conveying title to oil and gas properties.

Review title opinions, unitization orders, and pooling declarations.

Prepare Excel spreadsheets calculating divisions of interest and maintain well title ownership decks in the Land system.

Process ownership changes upon receipt of deeds, leases, assignments, and other pertinent documentation.

Resolve interest owner inquiries and research title requirements for suspended interest owners.

Assist with training and process creation; serve as the subject matter expert for Land system.

Ensure internal control procedures are maintained and complete work timely to comply with contractual and statutory requirements.

Communicate and interact effectively with internal counterparts in Land, Operations, Lease Records, Accounting, and Marketing.

Maintain professional communication with external royalty and working interest owners and other stakeholders.

Assist the department with gathering and analyzing data for acquisition or divestiture of company interests.

Position Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of Division Order experience.

Supervisory experience.

Experience in Oklahoma preferred.

Understanding of TIK (Take‑In‑Kind) and complex oil and gas calculations.

Advanced Excel proficiency (V‑LOOKUPs & Pivot Tables).

Physical Requirements & Additional

Prolonged periods working at a desk in front of a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
