Collaborate with top transportation experts, participate in strategic business planning for our WV operations, develop client relationship programs and assignments, and assess new business opportunities.
B&N Project Manager/Transportation Engineer Responsibilities
Lead the design and production of roadway and/or planning projects for WVDOT, local agency, and other regional clients
Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with PEs across the firm
Proposal development and client relationship management
Support growth efforts in WV and throughout the region
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of West Virginia
Experience in commonly used design software and CADD Standards for WVDOT and local clients
Good communication skills and ability to work with clients in the public and private sector
Ten years of related roadway and/or planning experience is preferred
