Position Summary
– The description combines multiple role facets including team member collaboration, expert knowledge in safety and compliance, customer service efficiency, and brand stewardship across Walmart and Sam's Club standards.
This role emphasizes being a Team Member, Expert, Techie, Owner, Talent Ambassador, and advocates for the Walmart culture while delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining safety, inventory, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians while ensuring safe and efficient customer service.
Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), product specifications, and seasonal trends; utilize Point of Sale systems and selling techniques.
Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, and training.
Communicate equipment and supply needs, track leads and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory, audit, safety, and compliance standards.
Report complaints, safety hazards, and issues with products, services, and work areas; complete paperwork and logs; ensure merchandise is labeled, packaged, and stored per policy; assist members with purchases and resolve concerns.
Be a Talent Ambassador by modeling high-quality service and products, developing and inspiring others, and fostering a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
Adhere to company policies and ethics; implement action plans, apply the Open Door Policy, and execute business processes with integrity.
