Position Summary We are looking for a Tire and Battery Service Advisor to provide excellent service in Sam's Club's Tire and Battery Center (TBC). The role includes sales, customer service, maintaining equipment, and supporting team members.
Key Responsibilities
Team Member : Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
Expert : Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, and TPMS.
Techie : Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and engage associates using handheld technology and real‑time systems.
Owner : Manage equipment and supplies, track returns, operate cash registers, maintain inventory audit and compliance, and complete required documentation.
Talent Ambassador : Act as a brand advocate, model high‑quality service, and inspire a supportive, team‑oriented culture.
Comply with company policies, follow the Open Door Policy, and uphold ethics and integrity.
Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers to meet priorities and timelines.
Foster an inclusive environment that values diversity and respects all individuals.

The hourly wage range for this position is
$18.00 to $25.00
per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in auto service industry or retail.
