Customer Experience Associate – St. Cloud, MN
Brief Description
At
Microbiologics , we’re on a mission to make the world a safer, healthier place through science and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to help us uphold that mission. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting customer-facing processes with accuracy and professionalism. Working under guidance and supervision, the associate develops knowledge of company systems, policies, and procedures while contributing to a positive customer experience that fosters trust and loyalty.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance.
Accurately process orders received through multiple platforms (email, website, ERP, EDI, and Workist), while maintaining complete and up-to-date customer records.
Support order management by reviewing customer purchase orders and product availability, creating invoices, and coordinating with Accounts Receivable on billing inquiries and issuing credits.
Assist in documenting and routing of customer inquiries and complaints, identifying appropriate resolutions and escalating complex issues to senior team members or leadership when needed.
With supervision, CX Associate 1 may handle specialized services such as customer order processing and billing.
Partner with colleagues across internal teams —including Technical Support, Finance, IT, and Operations—to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring timely handling of customer requests and follow ups.
Contribute to compliance processes such as export license approvals and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new IT tools or system enhancements.
Maintain awareness of current company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring all correspondence reflects the organization’s customer-first focus.
Consistently demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and accuracy in day-to-day responsibilities, while actively developing skills to deliver customer experience excellence.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve department goals and continuously improve the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Associates or bachelor’s degree in sales, business management or related degree preferred.
One to three years of previous related Customer Service experience preferred.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or order entry systems (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce) preferred.
The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
