Sr. Applications Support Administrator

who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex challenges. This role is highly visible and impactful—your expertise will directly drive productivity, security, and scale across the organization. What You’ll Do

Provide tier 2/3 support for mission-critical applications (Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, Zoom Enterprise, Zendesk, NetSuite, HubSpot, and more). Manage identity governance (SSO, MFA, provisioning, lifecycle management). Optimize workflows and automate processes with Zapier, APIs, or scripting. Build dashboards, audits, and reports that turn data into decisions. Create clear documentation, training guides, and lead onboarding workshops. Collaborate across multiple teams and coordinate with vendors on escalations. What We’re Looking For

5+ years

SaaS administration in high-growth or high-performance settings. Strong expertise in Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace Enterprise, Zoom Enterprise, and key SaaS platforms. Proactive troubleshooting skills with excellent communication abilities. Nice to Have

Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python). Experience with Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, Zero Trust). Why Join
