What You’ll Do | Be an Expert

Own tier 2/3 support across CTTI’s mission‑critical apps: Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace Enterprise, Zoom Enterprise, PandaDoc, Zendesk, NetSuite, HubSpot, Aloware, and more.

Master identity governance: provisioning/de‑provisioning, SSO policies, MFA, and security‑first user lifecycle management.

Keep our Apple ecosystem sharp with JAMF and Apple Business Manager—managing compliance, remote commands, and smooth rollouts.

Drive Optimization & Automation

Look beyond tickets—redesign workflows in Zendesk, JotForm, PandaDoc, and beyond.

Automate what slows us down using Zapier, APIs, or native platform tools.

Spot patterns, eliminate friction, and build systems that scale with growth.

Measure What Matters

Deliver dashboards, audits, and reports that leadership can act immediately.

Turn raw data (Zoom analytics, ticketing metrics, SaaS usage) into insights that drive decisions.

Educate & Elevate

Create documentation, guides, and concise video training that make complex tools accessible‑and‑easy to use.

Lead onboarding sessions and skill‑up workshops that accelerate adoption and reduce support noise.

Collaborate & Influence

Partner with leaders in Sales, Events, Finance, HR, and more to ensure technology serves their mission.

Represent CTTI with vendors, pushing for escalations, enhancements, and accountability.

Support the CIO in quarterly reviews, compliance audits, and contract evaluations—your fingerprints will be on CTTI’s long‑term tech strategy.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of SaaS administration in high‑growth or high‑performance environments.

Proven expertise in:

Okta (policies, app assignments, provisioning)

JAMF / Apple Business Manager

Google Workspace Enterprise Admin

Zoom Enterprise (Events, Webinars, Licensing)

Zendesk, PandaDoc, NetSuite, HubSpot, Aloware, JotForm

Strong cross‑platform troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.

Exceptional communication—able to translate technical detail into business impact.

Preferred Edge

Scripting chops (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to automate the routine.

Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google Apps Script.

Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, Zero Trust).
