Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Salary information reflects base pay; a quarterly commission structure is also mentioned.

Overview We are actively looking for a Territory Account Executive (Business Development) to join our high-performing team in Spokane, WA. This role focuses on driving revenue growth at the local level for restoration services, including residential and commercial markets. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement a territory-specific sales plan to achieve revenue targets for residential and commercial restoration services, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local commercial clients (e.g., property managers, facility directors) and residential clients (e.g., homeowners, insurance adjusters).

Educate clients on Kustom's restoration services, tailoring solutions to meet their needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Collaborate with local operations teams to align sales efforts with project execution and client satisfaction.

Partner with operations to identify local growth opportunities, streamline project handoffs, and enhance service offerings based on market demands.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals; negotiate and close contracts, aiming to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.

Represent Kustom at local industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce; provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries, with local market growth focus.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships at the local level.

Experience collaborating with operations teams to support service delivery and growth initiatives is a plus.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
