What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license

A passion for cars and customer service

Up to a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for individuals with automotive calibration experience

If you have calibration experience AND automotive glass repair, we definitely want to speak with you

If you do not have calibration experience but have years of automotive glass repair, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Subject matter expert in Auto Glass installation.

Installation must conform to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances.

Perform quality work without direct or continual supervision.

Provide own tools needed to perform auto glass services.

Show attention to detail to deliver high‑quality installation.

Follow company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, dust and harsh chemicals.

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission and Values in interactions with customers, co‑workers and suppliers.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

Work in a fast‑paced environment with various work schedules, days and hours of operations.

High School diploma or equivalent. Technical school experience preferred.

At least 3 years of experience as a specialty Auto Glass technician in an aftermarket or Auto Dealership preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Able to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.

Valid in‑state driver’s license and safe driving record.

Able to read and comprehend written instructions and information.

General mechanical skills.

Able to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Manual dexterity, good judgment and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely.
