Job Description We are looking for an experienced
Drywall Project Manager
with 3+ years of experience in managing large commercial drywall projects. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing project schedules, budgets, and team coordination to ensure the successful delivery of drywall components on large‑scale commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
Plan and oversee drywall projects from award to closeout
Coordinate material procurement, subcontractors, and field crews
Monitor project schedule, budget, and job costs
Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure work is progressing safely and on schedule
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and project management
Strong knowledge of drywall construction techniques, materials, and codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g., On‑Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar)
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
