Our Portsmouth, NH Elements Massage location is a busy studio with over 1,000 monthly massage and facial appointments! We have recently added therapeutic skincare services to our offerings. We are looking for individuals passionate about self-care, wellness, and helping others, who are excited about positively impacting our Portsmouth community to join our team. clients in a meaningful way, this is the opportunity for you! Job Responsibilities: Create an exceptional massage experience for every client entering the studio. Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a hassle-free membership plan designed to enhance results and progress. Be the first and last face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in person. Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are smooth, brief, and accurate. Collaborate with Managers, Massage Therapists, and Estheticians to create a caring environment from start to finish for every client. Retail Sales Associate Perks: Compensation & Benefits: Base pay of $17/hour plus $5-$20 commission on membership sales. Bonuses based on studio growth and team milestones. Medical & Dental insurance for full-time employees (32+ hours). Paid Time Off for full-time employees (32+ hours). Monthly complimentary massage at one of our 5 studios (Portsmouth, Newburyport, Bedford, Nashua, Salem). 50% off all service add-ons and extra massages. 50% off Gift Cards.
