Overview
Clark Hill PLC is seeking an experienced paralegal with at least 5 years of immigration experience to join the Immigration business unit in the Detroit, MI office. Ideal candidates will have prior business immigration experience and strong PERM experience. Successful candidates should be highly organized and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and other government agencies.
Communicate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
Complete forms, gather facts, and evidence to support client applications.
Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
Qualifications
At least 5+ years of immigration paralegal experience.
Prior business immigration, especially PERM, experience is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate.
Excellent computer skills, high attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and INSZoom preferred.
Compensation The salary range at the time of posting is $30.29 - $34.94/hour, based upon a full‑time work schedule. Additional compensation may be influenced by qualifications, experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
