Wage and Hour Paralegal 80,000 - 100,000 The Employment Paralegal with specialize with supports attorneys in FLSA and PAGA compliance and litigation. This role involves legal research, document preparation, case management, and assisting with wage and hour investigations, ensuring compliance with FLSA, PAGA, and state labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Research: Conduct research on FLSA, PAGA, and state-specific wage and hour laws. Case Management: Assist with FLSA and PAGA claims, including class and collective actions. Document Prep: Draft legal documents, including motions, complaints, and settlement agreements related to FLSA and PAGA claims. Discovery: Assist with discovery, including analyzing time records, pay stubs, and employee classifications. Litigation Support: Prepare for hearings, trials, and settlements in FLSA and PAGA cases. Compliance: Advise clients on compliance with FLSA and PAGA and assist with audits. Qualifications: 3+ years of paralegal experience, with 3+ years focused on FLSA and PAGA matters. Strong understanding of FLSA, PAGA, and wage and hour laws. Proficiency in legal research and case management software. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
