Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
to support one attorney in legal matters related to commercial real estate transactions. Basic responsibilities will include: Document Preparation : Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, purchase agreements, loan documents, and closing documents. Due Diligence : Conducting title searches, reviewing title commitments, and resolving issues such as liens or encumbrances. Coordination : Assisting with property closings by coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies. Research : Investigating zoning laws, land use regulations, and other legal issues affecting commercial properties. Records Management : Organizing and maintaining files related to real estate transactions. Compliance : Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations. Communication : Serving as a point of contact for clients, brokers, and other stakeholders in real estate deals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of real estate law and processes. Are you qualified?
