$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr A well-established real estate law firm is seeking a seasoned Lead Paralegal to join its team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position plays a critical role in supporting all phases of commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence through closing and post-closing. Lead Paralegal Responsibilities

Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports to identify and resolve issues Manage real estate closings including document preparation, execution, and post-closing distribution Draft and record deeds, easements, affidavits, memoranda of lease, and related conveyance documents Coordinate due diligence materials such as environmental reports, easements, and property inspections Draft and negotiate letters of intent, purchase agreements, leases, and property sale documents Ensure all documentation is properly filed and compliant with applicable jurisdictions Collaborate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and brokers to ensure smooth transactions Serve as a key point of contact for closing coordination and communication among all parties Lead Paralegal Requirements

Minimum 8 years of paralegal experience At least 5 years of commercial transactional real estate experience, including title and survey review Proven background drafting and negotiating a wide range of real estate agreements in a law firm or corporate law department setting Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Consistent employment history with long tenure in prior roles Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred Benefits
