As we scale, we’re looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help streamline our operations.
Role Description The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as a direct extension of the CEO—managing communication, priorities, and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and focus on high-value activities. The EA will anticipate needs, manage information flow, and help operationalize repeatable systems that improve efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar with efficiency and foresight.
Prioritize and handle communication on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-up on key meetings.
Track action items, deadlines, and progress across departments.
Support BuilderTrend tasks such as scheduling, documentation, file management, and communication logs.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients as the CEO’s representative.
Identify recurring tasks that can be systemized or automated.
Assist with travel planning, personal scheduling, and expense tracking.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, BuilderTrend, Zoom, Teams, Outlook).
