Up to S$3,900 per month (base salary) Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of all kitchen staff, ensuring high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Oversee chefs’ performance, including equipment maintenance, stock control, and preparation for daily service or events. Liaise with kitchen management on staff performance and operational matters. Participate in menu development, including recipe updates and promotional menu planning. Monitor and manage staff scheduling, transfers, overtime, and leave. Lead kitchen meetings, daily briefings, and training sessions when the Sous Chef is absent to support team development and consistency. What We’re Looking For
Min 2 years of relevant experience
in F&B operations, hospitality, or culinary management. Able to work in a fast-paced environment (time management). Well-versed in kitchen operations and culinary techniques. Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality cuisine. Apply
