Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information while fostering a positive customer experience. Deliver exceptional service to Portuguese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries with efficiency and empathy. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus. Motivated and eager to develop professionally.
