The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks and supporting staff in their daily activities. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize office files and documents
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Greet visitors and provide them with assistance or information
Record and maintain meeting minutes and follow-up action ites
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
