The Office of Evaluation and Assessment works in collaboration with the Director of Evaluation and Assessment and Academic Program Directors to provide collaborative leadership in the development of learning assessments for the Lead.Serve.Inspire (LSI) curriculum at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. The Evaluation and Assessment team supports over 850 medical students as they progress through the curriculum and is responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of all student assessments.
The Education Program Coordinator 2 collaborates with the Evaluation and Assessment Team to provide support for exams, clinical assessments, and evaluation data reporting and distribution for all three Programs within the medical student curriculum; partners with Testing Coordinators to administer and proctor in-person and remote exam review sessions; enters data in electronic learning management system; provides administrative support for Evaluation and Assessment related committees, including but not limited to unit grading committees, advancement committees, and testing committees; collaborates with other College of Medicine faculty and staff from various units and departments.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Requires successful completion of a background check; qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
