$20.00 – 25.00/hr. Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Full time, temp to hire position Job Description
Process and review payroll accurately and on time using ADP. Perform payroll data entry, audits, and reconciliations to ensure complete accuracy. Maintain employee information and payroll records with a high level of confidentiality and organization. Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally. Support HR with routine data entry, document tracking, and file management. Collaborate with accounting and HR to support reporting and compliance requirements. Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s in HR or general accounting a plus. Expert-level experience in ADP (Workforce Now or similar platform required). 2+ years of payroll administration experience with strong data-entry accuracy. Data entry experience with high accuracy skills and attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Great Plains preferred but not required. Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity when handling confidential information.
