Front Desk Clerk – Hilton Grand Vacations
We are looking for a Full‑Time Front Desk Clerk to join the team at Grande Villas, a Hilton Vacation Club. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience from the time they arrive until they depart.

Main Responsibilities
Check in and check out owners and guests
Respond to guest requests and assist with reservations or changes
Generate invoices and collect payments
Maintain safety deposit boxes
Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact appropriate personnel
Work as a team with co‑workers to complete check‑lists and daily duties
Prepare and consistently restock the front desk with supplies
Perform other duties as requested by your leader
Qualifications
Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred
High School graduate or equivalent experience
Professional demeanor
Proficient English language, both verbally and in writing
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities
Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice
