Duties / Responsibilities
Cleaning the front areas of the kitchen and food storage.
Clean large equipment such as refrigerators, counters, serving lines, and tabletops.
Keep entire area clean and ready for certified inspection at any time.
Complete opening/closing sheets.
Ensure all fueling stations are full 24/7.
Practice FIFO (first in, first out) method.
Keep track of all expiration dates for all grab and go items.
Percentage of Time
60% (Cleaning duties)
40% (Fueling & inventory duties)

Position Summary The Server will assist the Culinary Service Manager in executing front of house service for Georgia Olympic Sports. The employee will assist with the day-to-day operation of FOH, follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures, multitask, and be responsible for stocking front of house, including fueling stations, food service lines, and tabletops.
Relevant / Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification 1 year experience in food service. Previous experience in a culinary/restaurant position and ServSafe Certification.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies Knowledge of health and food safety codes for food preparation, storage, and serving. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with culinary team. Ability to follow instructions with daily tasks including stocking and clean up.
Physical Demands Lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs. Work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Driving as needed for job duties. Must drive.
