As a member of the Third Party Team within North America Customer Service, your primary responsibility is to manage purchase orders with suppliers shipping finished goods directly to North American customers. You will coordinate shipment confirmations, act as a liaison between customer service and vendors, handle freight arrangements, and ensure timely goods issues and documentation delivery. Key Responsibilities
Place and modify purchase orders to suppliers shipping directly to North American customers, updating delivery dates and quantities as needed. Enter SIRS incidents for customer complaints about shipped materials and follow up with vendors to address root causes. Ensure shipment confirmations are received from vendors and communicate any concerns to Customer Service Representatives and Sales teams. Coordinate freight arrangements, ensuring vendors or logistics providers meet customer deadlines, especially for expedited shipments. Perform goods issue processing upon receipt of Bills of Lading and follow up on missing documents. Send labels, SDS, and other necessary documents to vendors and pursue delivery-related documents such as COA, POD, and CCI. Qualifications
