Location:
Nemours Children Facility – 1600 Rockland Road, Wilmington, DE 19803. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule:
Full‑time. Sunday–Saturday. Must work every other weekend/holiday. Further details to be provided during interview.
Requirement:
Supervisory experience.
Pay Range:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary Summary:
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable performance standards.
Prepare production and sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
