Provide technical support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring proper user access and permissions. Install, configure, and update operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11. Perform desktop imaging and deployment to ensure efficient workstation setup for users. Utilize the ServiceNow application to track and resolve service requests and incidents. Diagnose and repair desktop hardware, ensuring minimal downtime for users. Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement system upgrades and improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for IT systems and security. Offer guidance and training to end-users to improve their understanding of desktop tools and software. Document technical processes and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base. Requirements
Proficiency in PC desktop workstation setup and support. Strong knowledge of Active Directory management. Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. Familiarity with desktop imaging and deployment processes. Ability to troubleshoot and repair desktop hardware efficiently. Working knowledge of the ServiceNow application for ticket management.
