Pay
Base pay range: $83,380.00/yr - $125,180.00/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including KPI achievement, inventory integrity, continuous improvement, and employee development of direct reports within the scope of their operational responsibilities.
Follow all standard operating procedures, standard work, and customer-provided documentation; manage budgeting and financial results for areas of responsibility.
Ensure warehouse personnel comply with SOPs and workload demands; meet daily productivity goals with Supervisors, Foreman, and/or Leads.
Lead special projects affecting site and network warehouse operations; analyze operations to improve cross-functional efficiencies.
Assist with the site budget process and manage controllable costs to maximize net income.
Develop and implement organizational policies; collaborate with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity improvements and network best practices.
Develop staff to ensure capable management succession; manage customer inventory and apply sound security and distribution practices.
Review activity, operating, and financial reports; take corrective action as needed; hire and downsize staff as required.
Maintain daily department productivity and EIP/LM statistics; ensure commitment to Kenco Operating System (KOS); promote a safe work environment.
Perform safety-focused duties and follow all safety rules; undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field; minimum three years of leadership experience.
