What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end‑user satisfaction
Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvement and alignment across cross‑functional teams
Engage in skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Deep technical expertise in relevant technologies and systems
Strong problem‑solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Excellent documentation skills for usability and future reference
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Epic Cadence/Prelude systems or similar healthcare technologies
Background in project management or cross‑departmental collaboration
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
