What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Oversee multiple defense logistics products, ensuring performance, usability, and mission impact

Partner with customers and internal teams for successful deployment and training of solutions

Establish product readiness criteria, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and reliability standards

Implement scalable processes for release management and field support across all products

Define and track KPIs related to adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of experience in product management, systems delivery, or technical leadership roles

Proven success in leading complex products or multi-disciplinary systems from development to deployment

Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage with engineers and translate technical details into operational value

Experience coordinating across hardware, software, and field operations

Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with RFID, GPS, or IoT‑based systems

Familiarity with DoD software accreditation processes (ATO/RMF)

Exposure to DevSecOps, MDM, or field‑device management environments

Background in logistics, manufacturing, or mission‑critical systems
