Major Function : Organize, direct, and control production activities to meet schedule, quality, and cost requirements. Essential Functions Ensure raw material availability for daily production. Assign, train, direct, and control employees in production and safety procedures. Complete finished products according to established standards and schedules. Review and evaluate equipment and work areas for efficiency and cleanliness. Approve wage timecards and provide daily production records. Oversee daily operations, review work progress, and implement approved changes. Provide technical assistance and counsel to assigned personnel. Assist the Plant Manager in developing means to improve operations. Promote company safety efforts and maintain a safe working environment. Perform other tasks as required. Education High school diploma Prefer Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of management experience. Prerequisites For The Job Knowledge of production standards and machinery operation and/or maintenance. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with people. Leadership skills and decision-making ability. 3rd Shift hours are Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
