Job Description : The Build-to-Rent (BTR) Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful launch and operational readiness of new BTR communities. Primary Responsibilities : Support operational readiness for new BTR communities from construction handoff through lease-up and stabilization. Coordinate with development, construction, and asset management teams to align operations with project milestones. Assist with scheduling, vendor setup, technology implementation, and other pre-opening activities. Key Responsibilities : Project & Implementation Support Operational Rollout & Field Support Platform & Process Implementation Performance & Reporting Training & Team Enablement Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in multifamily, project/system management, or Build-to-Rent (BTR) operations. Technical Skills : Proficient in property management systems. Familiarity with project coordination tools. Experience with business intelligence and data tracking tools. Advanced knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Skills & Competencies : Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to adapt quickly and provide support in fast-paced, changing environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled in training and supporting onsite teams during transition periods. Physical Requirements : Capable of working extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays as necessary. Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed. Must be able to speak English clearly and understandably for effective communication. Environmental Requirements : Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays. Must remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances.
