Job Overview
Sr Manager Business Transformation role at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. The Operations Initiatives Sr. Manager will be a strategic and analytical leader chartered to lead the development and execution of KDP’s comprehensive Route‑to‑Market (RTM) strategy. This role will be responsible for assessing current sales and distribution models, identifying optimization opportunities, and designing scalable RTM frameworks that align with core business goals. The ideal leader will have deep experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD), customer segmentation, and various delivery and RTM models. Position can be based in Frisco, TX or remote.
Position Accountabilities
Define DSD RTM strategy – align business objectives, growth strategies, and evolving market dynamics
Collaborate cross‑functionally – work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure mutual success
Manage stakeholder engagement – strategize throughout sales, operations, routing, and fleet leadership
Develop executive communication – update SteerCo on progress, opportunities, and risks monthly
Establish KPIs – create metrics and score‑carding to monitor RTM effectiveness and impacts
Drive value – utilize fact‑based decision making to add value across the organization
Manage change – lead change efforts tied to RTM transformation and ensure buy‑in and adoption
Develop and maintain relationships – build a network of trusted leaders to ensure individual success
Develop People – build capability in the team, fostering growth, accountability, and development

Salary Range: $116,100 – $165,480
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and/or 5 years’ work experience in CPG
Similar work experience in a complex sales and delivery RTM
Proven success in leading high impact projects in a cross‑functional setting
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects
Excellent stakeholder communication capability with considerable experience presenting via PowerPoint
Ability to work full days on a shop floor or field sales‑based environment
Must be able to travel for full weeks and up to 50% of the time
Experience working in a Direct Store Delivery network is highly desirable
