Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, is opening Porsche North Miami and seeking a Parts and Service Manager to join the team for the grand opening early 2026. What You'll Do

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth across Porsche Parts and Service departments, aligned with brand standards and customer expectations. Lead and mentor Parts and Service Managers, setting clear performance goals, providing ongoing training, and ensuring access to resources needed for success. Oversee Porsche parts inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing excess, and maximizing turnover. Implement robust inventory controls to prevent shrinkage and maintain accuracy. Negotiate with OEM and aftermarket suppliers to secure competitive pricing, premium-quality parts, and reliable delivery times. Champion a customer-first culture in both departments, ensuring exceptional service in parts sales and vehicle repairs. Promptly resolve customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor departmental financials, including budgets, expenses, and revenue streams. Drive profitability through strategic cost management. Establish and enforce rigorous quality control protocols to ensure all repairs meet Porsche factory specifications and all parts meet brand and safety standards. Ensure full compliance with dealership policies, safety regulations, environmental standards, and warranty requirements. Promote continuous learning by providing training and development opportunities for Parts and Service staff. Track and analyze KPIs such as sales performance, CSI scores, technician productivity, and inventory turnover. Take proactive measures to address performance gaps. Stay current with technological advancements in automotive service and parts systems, integrating innovative tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with marketing to design and implement targeted campaigns that drive parts sales and service appointments. Continuously evaluate and refine departmental processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in automotive or related field Additional certifications and distinctions highly valued Proficient in MS Office and dealership management tools 3-5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles Strong expertise in Porsche parts and service operations, dealership practices, and industry trends Hands-on experience in inventory management, procurement, estimating, technician supervision, and customer service Deep functional knowledge of department operations; able to expand into cross-functional areas Skilled in developing and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy We offer competitive wages based on job-related skills, experience, education or training. For highly qualified candidates, compensation typically starts in the range of $200,000 to $275,000 annually. Benefits and Other Information
