Holman has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Manager to join the team at Porsche North Miami and play a key role in our grand opening, coming early 2026. What You'll Do: Oversee all aspects of parts department operations, including purchasing, inventory control, pricing, merchandising, and staff utilization. Ensure the department consistently delivers Best-in-Class service to retail, wholesale, and internal clients. Monitor and manage parts inventory to ensure a satisfactory return on dealer capital investment. Maintain proper procedures for security, advertising, and display standards. Promote and uphold dealership parts standards for customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For: High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Minimum 5+ years of dealership parts experience, including roles such as Parts Counter Sales, Shipping/Receiving, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role. Strong working knowledge of automotive repair processes and customer engagement. Extensive experience with CDK Parts Inventory/Management System, including inventory control and process optimization. Deep understanding of parts department principles and operations. Proven ability to lead a team and manage department performance. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy with experience using inventory and dealership management systems. We offer competitive wages based on job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. For highly qualified candidates, compensation typically starts in the range of $150,000 to $220,000 annually.
