Your Mission as Our Operations Manager Team Leadership That Matters You’ll directly oversee our Project Leads and Lead Technicians – building on the foundation of trust and credibility you’ve already established in the field. Your ability to mentor, develop, and retain talent will drive our success.
Operational Excellence From emergency calls to fleet management, you’ll orchestrate every aspect of our disaster restoration operations – water mitigation, fire damage, mold remediation, and trauma cleanup. Your experience gives you the insight to spot issues before they become problems.
Quality & Growth Focus You’ll implement standards, conduct inspections, and ensure every project reflects our commitment to excellence while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

What You Should Bring Experience & Certifications
3+ years of hands‑on disaster restoration experience
Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification
2+ additional IICRC certifications (FSRT, CPT, MRS, ASD, TCST, or RRT)
OSHA 30 Certification
Current experience managing teams and direct reports
Leadership Qualities
Proven track record of staff development and retention
Strong communication and mentoring abilities
Proactive problem‑solving mindset
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Operational Skills
Training and estimating capabilities
Fleet and warehouse management experience
Safety protocol implementation
Quality control and project oversight
