Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized
Onsite Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations, manage a small team, and ensure smooth workflow across cultivation, processing, packaging, and fulfillment. This position requires hands‑on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance administrative and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a team of 6-10 employees across cultivation, post-harvest, and packaging operations.
Conduct daily standups, create and manage task sheets, and ensure task completion and accountability.
Hire, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Perform quarterly performance reviews and address employee issues or concerns professionally and effectively.
Manage scheduling, including time‑off requests and coverage coordination.
Oversee customer support, responding to emails, reviews, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in post-harvest flower sorting and packaging to maintain quality standards.
Lead by example with a strong work ethic and consistent presence in daily operations.
Maintain and manage data entry for harvests, yields, product inventory, and employee performance metrics.
Provide regular reports and updates to ownership and management.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience managing small teams (preferably in agriculture, production, or warehouse settings).
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, calendars, and data entry systems.
Comfortable with hands‑on work in a greenhouse or packaging environment.
Reliable, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Must be able to work full‑time on‑site at Wadmalaw Island, SC.
