Job Description: This is a hybrid role including in office and remote working days. Must be a resident or relocatable to Austin TX area. Must be able to work one of the below shifts: 8:00am-4:30pm CT, 8:30-5:00pm CT, 7:30-4:30pm CT or 8:00-5:00pm CT. The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager is a revenue generating position with responsibility for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio and for portfolio growth through business development via phone communication. The Sr IBDM represents the Allergan Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. Responsibilities include product and program education, product adoption, and portfolio growth; technical product and procedure training; competitive product differentiation; alignment with the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan; and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities : Consistently achieves sales quota across portfolio; develops call and business development plans; focuses on growth and relationship building; manages attainment of sales quota and customer satisfaction; leads execution on campaigns, new product launches, and training; develops product knowledge and educates customers on indications, contraindications, and safety; identifies growth opportunities; supports marketing strategies; pre-plans sales calls; maintains knowledge of industry and compliance; collaborates cross-functionally; manages coverage plans; attends training and meetings; completes administrative responsibilities; demonstrates high integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.

Two or more years of relevant sales experience required; ability to travel 15-20%.

Track record of earning commissions, ability to work independently, highly organized, and strong communication skills.

Experience in aesthetics/healthcare industry is a plus; inside sales experience preferred.

Knowledge of inside sales selling skills, time management, remote relationship development, Salesforce proficiency, and MS Office.
